Terms & Conditions

By engaging Unicorn Leap Ltd for services, you agree to these terms. A separate project proposal or statement of work may also apply.

We provide digital services including web development, branding, AI chatbot setup, business automation, SEO, and social media marketing as described on our website and in individual proposals.

Projects: 50% deposit upfront, 50% on completion. Retainers: monthly in advance. All invoicing via Unicorn Leap Ltd. Payment by bank transfer (BACS). Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

Upon full payment, all custom work (code, designs, content) becomes your property. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to deliver the agreed services.

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Projects in progress will be invoiced for work completed to date.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
